How many sessions are required?
Some people can feel an almost instant lightness and releasing of the emotions. For others it's a more gradual subtle experience. Depending on the particular issue more than one session may be required. Each consultation is tailored to your specific needs.

Can I combine the sessions?
Yes...I am happy to combine both modalities, using both EFT and the Emotion Code

How do I pay?
To secure your Emotion Code or Emotional Freedom Technique session using Skype, Zoom or Proxy appointment, payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal below. Many thanks.

Note that Paypal allows you to use your own credit or debit card even if you do not have your own Paypal account.
